The thinking that doesn't fit the feed.
A bi-weekly letter from the founder. Long-form and personal.
The Notes
Most of what we share publicly is short-form. Quotes, designs, ideas compressed to fit a feed. The notes are where we let those ideas breathe. Longer pieces, sometimes half-formed thinking. One letter every other week. From the founder, not the brand.
Over the last few years I've built this brand into something that reaches a few million people a month. The notes are the part of that work that doesn't make the grid.

- Long-form essays on identity, discipline, momentum, and the things I'm currently working through
- Behind-the-scenes thinking on what I'm building, reading, and making
- Earlier drafts of ideas that eventually become public posts
- Occasional pieces I won't post anywhere else
